The object of the above-referenced matter is a Petition to Modify
Equitable Distribution.
Petitioner is seeking relief against the Respondent regarding a divorce matter within Raleigh County, West Virginia. A hearing is scheduled for September 27, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. before the Honorable Eric Shuck, Judge of the Family Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in his chambers, located at 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, to grant the relief sought for in the Petition.
