INVITATION TO BID
The Owner, West Virginia University-Parkersburg, invites proposals to provide all Work, including but not limited to labor, material, equipment, supplies and transportation for:
The Riverhawk Farm
Agricultural Facility West
Virginia University at

Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Bidding Documents issued by the Architect. Bidding Documents will be available on August 31, 2023 and may be obtained from:

A $250.00 deposit is required for each paper set. Bidders are limited to two sets each. Deposits will be refunded to Bidders who submit a bona fide Bid and return the Bidding Documents, in good condition, to the Architect within ten (10) days following the Bid Opening. Bidders and material suppliers may procure additional sets at actual cost. Only complete sets will be issued. Bidders may request PDFs of the Bid Documents for a nonrefundable fee of $50.00.

Attendance at the pre-bid meeting and walk-through is mandatory. Bidders must attend the prebid meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project location, site conditions, and other relevant information. Should any Bidder fail to attend, the Bid will be disqualified. Subcontractors and material suppliers are encouraged to attend.

Submitting Bids: Sealed Bids will be received by the OWNER at the following location until 2:00 PM, EDST, October 3, 2023, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and Supplementary Instructions to Bidders:
