Box 5518, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, an answer including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Complaint filed in this action within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Order. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and/or trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
