NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 10th day of October, 2023, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Frankie & Joann Griffith for the purpose of Conditional Use permit for a second residence on property located at 436 Griffith Hollow Road, Surveyor, WV, Trap Hill District, Tax Map 18, Parcel 27, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
