The object of the above-entitled action for the Plaintiff to quiet title on the following property, PT #7 & 8 VIRGINIA WRIGHTS AND – LAUREL ST 50 X 100 LAUREL ST 50 X 100, City of Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia that was purchased at tax sale. That the Defendant be required to answer or make appearance in the above styled quiet title action.
It is ordered that DALE E. JONES do serve upon the Wood County Circuit Court, whose address is 2 Government Square Room 133, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before October 16, 2023, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against DALE E. JONES at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s Office.
