Parallel Infrastructure proposes to construct a 195-foot monopole tower. The tower will be unlit. The tower will be located at 1835 Williamstown Pike, in Williamstown, Wood County, West Virginia. Interested persons may review the application online at www.fcc.gov/asr/applications by entering the Form 854 File Number A0974463. Interested persons may raise environmental concerns about the proposed structure by filing a Request for Environmental Review with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC):
