INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, Williamstown City Building, 100 W. 5th Street, Williamstown, WV 26187, 304-375-7761, until 4:00 PM Tuesday, November 7, 2023, for partial demolition of the old Williamstown Elementary School located at 418 Williams Ave, Williamstown. Specifications may be obtained at the Office of the City Clerk between the hours of 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The City of Williamstown reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All bids must be in a sealed envelope marked “Sealed Bid”. All bids with specs different than the required specs must be highlighted in the bid. No decision on the results of the bids will be made until City Officials have reviewed all bids. All bids will be opened at the regular meeting of City Council, 7:00PM on November 7, 2023, at the Williamstown City Building.
