Notice is hereby given that on the 7 day of November 2023, at 11:30 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner(s), Cody Holman will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her child’s name from Aleeyia Ann Hardy to Aleeyia Ann Holman, At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
