The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
To the Above-Named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that JAMES DAVID SHIELDS, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, JAMES DAVID SHIELDS, Respondent, serve upon ASHLEY NICOLE SHIELDS, Petitioner, whose address is 102 Chateau Hills, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before NOVEMBER 27, 2023.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
