On or about 08/30/2010 R.M. the above-named child was born to LEAH MARTINO. It appears that the whereabouts of the father, MARK MARTINO, of the above-named child are unknown. Notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on NOVEMBER 16, 2023 at the hour of 2:45 o’clock P.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, MARK MARTINO, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, JAMES GRIESACKER, ATTORNEY AT LAW, POST OFFICE BOX 63, EVANS, WV 25241 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 916-7020.
