It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Billie Jean Sartin and any Unknown father, parent/s whose whereabouts are unknown it is hereby ordered that Billie Jean Sartin and any unknown Father, parent/s serve upon Pete Rollins and Amanda Rollins Petitioner/s whose address is PO Box 81 Glen Rogers, WV 25848, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Appointment of a Guardian for the above named minor child filed in this action before December 15, 2023. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing may be made for the relief demanded in the Petition,
