On or about April 13, 2015, R.F. and on or about November 8, 2006 A.F. the above-named children were born to AMBER PERRY- FARNSWORTH aka AMBER FLUHARTY. It appears that the whereabouts of the Mother, AMBER PERRY- FARNSWORTH aka AMBER FLUHARTY of the above named child are unknown. Notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on NOVEMBER 13, 2023 at the hour of 9:00 o’clock a.m.. before the Honorable J. D. Beane, Judge, Located at the Judicial Annex, Fourth Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Mother, AMBER PERRY- FARNSWORTH aka AMBER FLUHARTY, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if she cannot afford legal representation, PUBLIC DEFENDER CORPORATION, 320 JULIANA STREET, STE 101, PARKERSBURG, WV has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 699-3810.
