NOTICE to Bidders
The Common Council for the City of Beckley is seeking sealed proposals from qualified firms for the purchase of two (2) new 4-wheel drive, or all-wheel drive, mid-sized sport utility vehicles, with minimum class 3 towing hitch, , white in color, for Beckley Fire Department.
Complete specifications and bid information may be obtained from the Recorder/Treasurer, at Beckley City Hall, or by calling 304-256-1768 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Bids will be received until 4:00pm on Tuesday, November 14, 2023. They will be publicly opened and read aloud during a meeting of Common Council at 6:30 p.m. that same day. Bids must be submitted to the Recorder-Treasurer in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Beckley FD Vehicles”. Bids may be hand delivered to 409 South Kanawha St., or mailed PO Box 2514, Beckley, WV 25802-2514. Any bids that arrive after the specified date and time will not be considered.
The City of Beckley reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part of any bid without cause.
