It is hereby ordered that Darrell James Lilly serve upon Jennifer Markley, Circuit Clerk’s Office, whose address is 222 Main St Beckley WV 25801, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Custody filed in this action on or before January 15, 2023. If you fail to Answer the Petition for Custody a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
