NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Common Council of the City of Beckley is seeking bids from qualified providers for Commercial Property, Commercial General Liability, Professional Liability, Commercial Automobile, and Commercial Umbrella Insurance. The renewal date for these policies is September 1, 2015 through August 30, 2016. Bids may be mailed or hand delivered to the Beckley Municipal Building, Recorder – Treasurer, 409 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV 25801 clearly marked to indicate contents on the outside of the envelope on August 10, 2015 no later than 4:00 p.m. to be opened during a normal meeting of the Common Council on August 11, 2015. Bidder must include current A.M. Best Rating along with required loss control and other services at the agency level. Specific packet with information required by the proposed insurers can be obtained by contacting the City Treasurer/Recorder at the above address or by calling (304) 256-1768 during normal working hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Common Council of the City of Beckley reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any part of any bid without cause.
