Notice is given that DuPont Polymer Products, LLC, has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality for a Class II Administrative Update to install a new filter for a bulk storage silo for the Specialty Compounding Division (SCD) area air permit located at 8480 DuPont Road, Washington, WV 26181, in Wood County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.268257, -81.668679.
The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: 0.04 TPY of particulate matter (PM).
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 1 st day of January, 2024. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57 th Street, SE, Charleston, West Virginia 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Written comments will also be received via email at [email protected].
