IN THE NAME OF THE STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA, Notice is hereby given that the above-entitled action, filed “Verified Petition to Settle and Compromise Wrongful Death Claim” in the Office of the Circuit Clerk of Raleigh County, West Virginia, by Ben Salango, attorney on behalf of Petitioners which action is to approve and distribute the settlement of the wrongful death claim of the Estate of Frederick Bailey.
It is ORDERED that any potential beneficiary of the Estate of Frederick Bailey, and any other person with an interest in the Estate of Frederick Bailey, are hereby notified that on the 14th day of December, 2023 at 3:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Beckley, West Virginia will hear a “Verified Petition to Settle and Compromise Wrongful Death Claim,” at which time you may appear to assert your interest if any to the proceeds of said settlement. Said hearing will take place before The Honorable H.L. Kirkpatrick, III, Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County at the Raleigh County Courthouse, 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia 25801.
