This is notice that on the 12th day of December, 2023, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Tennis & Barbara Cline for the purpose of a second residence on property located at 509 Maple Meadow Mine Road, Fairdale, WV, Trap Hill District, Tax Map 19, Parcel 1.3, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
