NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 21st day of December, 2023, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 4:00 PM, the Planning and Zoning Commission of Raleigh County, will hold a public hearing to consider rezoning 727.96 acres of property upon the application of Greenbrier Land Company, LLC for the purpose of a Data Center. The present zoning of the property to be affected is (R1) Rural/Residential and propsed Zoning is to be (B1) Business/commercial. The property under consideration is in the following areas: Shady Spring District, Tax Map 27, Parcels 45, 79, 80, 82, & 97. Shady Spring District, Tax Map 28, Parcels 2, 3, 25, 25.48, 30.57, 31, 37 & 41. Spring District, Tax Map 4002, Parcels 71 & 87, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by December 20th, 2023, will be considered.
