Please be advised that the Plaintiff has brought forth a Petition for Summary Relief for Wrongful Occupation of Real Property, Ejectment, and Breach of Contract regarding 128 Lyon Street located in Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
A hearing is scheduled for Friday, January 19, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. before the Honorable Andrew Dimlich, Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in his chambers, located at 222 Main Street in Beckley, West Virginia, to grant the relief sought in the petition. The Defendants may be present to protect their best interests.
