The Fayette County Commission will receive sealed bids until 3:00pm on January 30, 2024, for inspection, Asbestos Inspection, Asbestos abatement, and demolition of the follow structures:

4031 Deepwater Mtn Rd. Fayetteville, WV 25840 described as Surf 1.426 Loup CK/INC 10-03-65-41&60, Valley District Tax Map 65 Parcel 30
We request sealed proposals with breakdown per location address be mailed to Fayette County Commission, Attn: REAP Demolition Proposal, PO Box 307 Fayetteville, WV 25840. Sealed bids can also be hand delivered to 100 N. Court St. Suite 2. Fayetteville, WV 25840 by the deadline. Sealed proposals will be opened publicly at the Fayette County Commission meeting on January 31, 2024 at or shortly after 9:30am.
Each bidder must submit a WV Contractor license, and liability insurance (minimum limit of $1,000,000.00). Contractors will adhere to all local, state, and federal law and shall follow all State and Federal Asbestos and other hazardous waste regulations required for demolition, transportation, and disposal; abide by the Asbestos Abatement Licensing Rule as promulgated by the State of WV Division of Health.
