Cash Dividend
Charles S. Trump, IV, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CNB Financial Services, Inc. announced the Board of Directors at their regular meeting held February 14, 2024, declared a special cash dividend of $1.33 per share to Common shareholders. Total cash dividents paid to share- holders based on 2023 company earnings equals $2.53 per share.
The Board of Directors also declared a special cash dividend of $1.463 per share to Class A Common shareholders. Total cash dividends paid to Class A Common shareholders based on 2023 company earnings equals $2.783 per share.
Chairman Trump noted the dividend reflects the Bank’s solid earnings performance and strong financial position. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record March 6, 2024 and is payable on March 7, 2024.
