The Wood County Airport Authority is soliciting bids for the Terminal Restroom Rehabilitation project at the Mid-Ohio Valley Regional Airport. The project generally consists of providing temporary restroom facilities, demolition, wall construction, finish installation, toilet partitions, water closets, sinks, toilet room accessories, and lighting upgrades for the Men’s and Women’s Restroom. The Bid Alternate includes the installation of porcelain tile over the existing terrazzo floor. The project is designed and will be constructed in accordance with applicable State of West Virginia and Federal Aviation Administration provisions. Plans must be purchased to be eligible for bidding. Bids will be due at 2:00 PM EST, local time, on May 1, 2024. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 15, 2024, 2:00 PM at the Mid-Ohio Valley Regional Airport, 543 Co. Rte. 31/1, Williamstown, WV, 26187. Questions must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] with Michael Baker International, Inc. All questions must be received by 5:00 PM on April 17, 2024.
