In pursuance of an Order of the Circuit Court of Wood County, made in the cause therein pending, to subject real estate of the said Richard L. Nelson to the payment of his debts, including those which are liens on such real estate, or any part of it, located at 2012 Lewis Avenue, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia, you are hereby required to present your claims to the undersigned for adjudication, at P. O. Box 251, Parkersburg WV 26102 on or before May 22, 2024; otherwise you may be excluded from all benefit of the sale of such real estate.
