NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS OF THE CITY OF PARKERSBURG WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON WEDNESDAY, MAY 15, 2024, AT 6:30PM, IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF THE PARKERSBURG MUNICIPAL BUILDING, ONE GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA. AT THAT TIME AND PLACE ANY INTERESTED PARKERSBURG RESIDENT OR PROPERTY OWNER IS INVITED TO COMMENT ON AND AID THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS IN CONSIDERING THE FOLLOWING:

New Business:
a. Requesting a variance and Conditional Use Permit to
operate a distribution center with a permanent
stone/gravel parking lot and install an 8ft chain-link
perimeter fence like the adjoining property. Located at
property adjacent to Bosley Industrial Park Drive and
recently annexed into the City of Parkersburg,
previously identified as Tygart District Tax Map: 140,
Parcel: G. B-2 General Business Zoning District (final
zoning contingent on approval of ordinance on
second reading at City of Parkersburg City Council).
