The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a petition alleging that KARA WHITECOTTON has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants C.H., whose date of birth is February 10, 2020, C.H.W., whose date of birth is February 12, 2023, T. C., whose date of birth is September 14, 2006, K.C., whose date of birth is November 1, 2007, and E.W., whose date of birth is July 13, 2017. KARA WHITECOTTON is ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 29th day of May, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. for a Disposition Hearing , if she so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of KARA WHITECOTTON, biological mother of infants C.H., whose date of birth is February 10, 2020, C.H.W., whose date of birth is February 12, 2023, T.C., whose date of birth is September 14, 2006, K.C., whose date of birth is November 1, 2007, and E.W., whose date of birth is July 13, 2017, may be terminated.
