The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Charleston Area Medical Center, Inc, CON File #24-5-12953-P, for the acquisition of PARS Neurological Associates, Inc. (“PARS”), a private office practice of medicine. PARS operates primary care offices at 1212 Garfield Avenue, in Parkersburg, Wood County, at 2838 Pike Street, in Parkersburg, Wood County, and at 403 Professional Circle in Ravenswood, Jackson County, West Virginia. Charleston Area Medical Center will develop ambulatory health care facilities that provide primary care services at these locations. Capital Expenditure $1,144,047.
