FOR CONTRACT AVIATION FUEL VENDOR
FOR THE
MID-OHIO VALLEY REGIONAL AIRPORT (PKB)
PARKERSBURG, WV
Separate, sealed bids will be received by the Airport Manager of the Mid-Ohio Valley Regional Airport, Parkersburg, West Virginia, until Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. EST, when and where they will be opened, for Contract Aviation Fuel Services, to include delivery of Jet and 100 Low Lead fuels, leasing of fuel trucks, and providing Part 139 training for the Mid-Ohio Valley Regional Airport in accordance with the specifications available at the Airport Authority Offices. Copies of the specifications may be obtained by contacting the Wood County Airport Authority office (304)464-5113 address P. O. Box 4089, Parkersburg, WV 26104.
All bids must be received by the Airport Authority in a sealed envelope and clearly marked CONTRACT AVIATION FUEL. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled time for the opening of the proposals. Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. Fax copies will not be acceptable.
The Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the request for bid process where the best interests for the Airport may be served.
