The Morgan County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the approval of a Commercial & Industrial Location Permit Ordinance site plan for Rutter’s Store #115.

The Morgan County Planning Commission meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at the Morgan County Courthouse Commission Room at 7 p.m.
