ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of the above-entitled action is to reform a Deed to clear title.
And it appearing by that the identity and whereabouts of Defendant, Dorothy Belford, are unknown and cannot be located after due diligence, it is ORDERED that the above named Defendant serve upon Plantiff’s attorney Lakyn D. Cecil, of the law firm of Samuel I. White, P.C., whose address is 5000 Coombs Farm Drive, Suite 104, Morgantown, WV 26508, an Answer or any defense to the Complaint for Declaratory and Equitable Relief Quieting Title filed in this action, within thirty (30) days of entry of this Order; otherwise judgment by default may be taken against said Defendants at any time thereafter. A copy of the Complaint in this action may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s office.
Upon consideration whereof, this Order of Publication is granted, and is ORDERED that any interested persons do appear here on or before July 8, 2024 which date is no sooner than thirty (30) days after entry of this Order of Publication.
And it is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in Morgan Messenger newspaper, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Morgan, West Virginia.
