The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bonds of matrimony.
To the above-named Respondent: Johnathon Hamrick
It appears by affidavit filed in this action that the petitoner has used due diligence to determine the address of the Respondent and has been unable to locate it, and therefore the address is unknown to the Petitioner.
It is hereby ORDERED that, Johnathon Hamrick serve upon Shandi Hamrick, Petitioner, whose address is #2 Government Square, Parkersburg, WV 26101 an answer, on or before July 10, 2024. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition. A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
