HOME Investment Partnership Program Proposed
Substantial Amendment
Notice is hereby given by the Parkersburg/Wood County HOME Consortium, that public comments are invited regarding the proposed changes to the HOME Investment Partnership Program . Changes to the budget include removing $90,000 in 2023 HOME funds from Owner Occupied Rehabilitation and $10,000 in 2022 HOME funds from Owner Occupied Rehabilitation. These funds will be applied to the 2022 and 2023 Down Payment Assistance Program (DPAP). For a detailed listing of the proposed changes, a copy is available for review at: Parkersburgwv.gov/amendment
These proposed changes shall be presented to the Parkersburg City Council for their review and adoption at its meeting scheduled on Tuesday, June 11th, 2024 at 7:30 PM.
As part of the City’s Citizen Participation Plan, the City of Parkersburg will receive comments from June 5th, 2024, through June 21st, 2024. Residents are encouraged to review the proposed substantial amendment and provide oral and/or written comments on the document to:
