THE OBJECT OF THIS PROCEEDING IS TO ESTABLISH PATERNITY FOR THE AFORE MENTIONED CHILD.
It is hereby ordered that you, appear at the Adjudicatory Hearing on the Petition filed in this matter. This matter is set for an adjudicatory hearing on the 1st day of August, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. o’c lock or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard in the courtroom of the Circuit Court of Pleasants County, West Virginia, at St. Marys, West Virginia.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, my be taken against you wehrein your paternal rights to said E.C.M.M., infant, may be terminated or otherwise affected.
