NOTICE OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Successor Trustee by that Deed of Trust, executed by borrower, Martha L.
