NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF CORPORATION
Nitro Industrial Coverings, Inc., a West Virginia corporation, intends to wind up and dissolve the Corporation. Pursuant to West Virginia Code § 31D-14-1407, the Corporation is publishing this notice to any unknown creditors of the Corporation.
1. The name of the corporation is Nitro Industrial Coverings, Inc.
2. The articles of incorporation for the Corporation were filed on October 5, 1967.
3. Articles of dissolution for the Corporation were filed with the West Virginia Secretary of State on June 19, 2024.
4. Persons with claims against the Corporation should present them in accordance with the following procedure:
1. In order to file a claim with the Corporation, you must furnish the following:
1. Amount of the claim
2. Date of the claim
3. Basis for the claim
4. Documentation for the claim

1. A claim against the Corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is filed no later than five (5) years from the date of this publication.
