Comments on the application shall be in writing and shall identify the applicant and application number and should be sent to the DEP at the address above. Comments received by August 29th, 2024 or thirty (30) days from date publication, will be considered.

A copy of the notification will be available until August 29th, 2024, or thirty (30) days from date of publication in the DEP Regional Office located at the address above AND in the McDowell County Clerk’s office during normal business hours.
