Landcore Builders, LLC, is requesting bids from Certified Disadvantaged (Small, Minority and Women’s) Business Enterprises (DBE) for the following Project:
Ravencliff-McGraws-Saulsville Public Service District (Owner)
Water Treatment Plant
Rehabilitation
Thrasher Project

Bids from Certified Disadvantaged (Small, Minority and Women’s) Business Enterprises (DBE) will be received by Landcore Builders, LLC, at 1027 Stewart Street, Milton, West Virginia, until close of business on Tuesday, August 27, 2024.
The Project includes the following Work:
Improvements to Owner’s existing Water Treatment Plant including replacement of tray aerator floors and media, flocculator mixers and controls, chain-link fence, pumps, valves, motors, and process instrumentation; demolition of the existing chemical building and construction of a new one; HVAC and electrical upgrades; and other miscellaneous improvements.
Plans and specifications are available upon request.
Landcore Builders, LLC, reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
