The Raleigh County Commission is seeking bids for upgrades to the existing video surveillance camera system in the Raleigh County Judicial Annex; 222 Main Street; Beckley, WV.
Scope of Work: Provide, install, and program 1 16 drive NAS Mini-SAS backup enclosure; 4x 12 TB/HD of 48TB (60 Day est. depending on motion activity for additional 14 and previous 8 add-on cameras; 1 24 port POE switch; Deputy 8.0 v4, 4K indoor fixed 3MM Turret Cameras IR w/mounting boxes; cable to connect & ends; miscellaneous parts mounting and splice material and shipping; labor to install; programming & setup. Provide a full three (3) year warranty on all installed parts, components, systems, software, hardware and supporting infrastructure.

Mailed bids must be postmarked or received by Friday August 30, 2024 at 4:00pm. All complete bids will be opened and read aloud during the regularly scheduled meeting of the Raleigh County Commission on Tuesday September 16 , 2024 at 10:00am.
