Bids should be mailed or delivered to the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office, P.O. Box 458, 102 N. Court Street, New Cumberland, WV 26047 in an envelope clearly marked “Body Armor Bid”.
The Hancock County Sheriff’s Office reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities.
