The West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine (WVSOM), a state-funded, four-year medical school is seeking proposals from qualified companies for owner’s representative construction management services for its main campus located at 400 Lee Street North, Lewisburg, WV 24901. The owner’s representative construction manager will be expected to work together with and act on behalf of WVSOM leadership. This position will act as an advocate and represent leadership’s interests with the sole purpose of executing their goals and objectives. This position will also be expected to provide accountability among team members and ensure the project stays on schedule and budget. The bidder should be qualified, certified and licensed to provide the needed construction management skills for WVSOM’s projects.
