Public Hearing Notice
The West Virginia Bureau for Public Health, Office of Nutrition Services, Women, Infants and Children’s (WIC) Program is seeking public comment on its 2016 State Plan, in accordance with Federal Regulations 246.4 (23) (b). The plan outlines the program’s goals, priorities and objectives for the upcoming fiscal year.
A hearing will be held to receive public comment on the plan from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Tuesday, August 11, 2015, in Room 507 at 350 Capitol Street in Charleston.
A copy of the State Plan may be viewed at the State WIC office at the above address or on the Office of Nutrition Services website at:

The deadline for submitting written comments is August 18, 2015. Those comments will be made available for public review at the above address beginning Wednesday, August 19, through Wednesday, August 26, 2015 on regular business days between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
