Defendant David Blevins, Jr. is hereby notified that on or about June 11, 2024, the Plaintiffs, Richard J. Miller, as the Administrator of the Estate of Clement Miller II, Richard J. Miller, individually, and Hilton F. Chesterfield II, filed a Complaint and Petition Seeking Sale of Property in Lieu of Partition and for Appointment of Guardian Ad Litem for Sale of Property in the Circuit Court of Morgan County, West Virginia, in Case No. CC-33-2024-C-35 against the Defendant, David Blevins, Jr. A copy of the Complaint and Petition Seeking Sale of Property in Lieu of Partition and for Appointment of Guardian Ad Litem for Sale of Property may be obtained from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Morgan County, West Virginia.
Defendant David Blevins, Jr. is required to answer the Complaint and Petition Seeking Sale of Property in Lieu of Partition and for Appointment of Guardian Ad Litem for Sale of Property on or before October 25, 2024, which includes thirty (30) days from the date of the last publication, or be forever barred from asserting in another action any claim which must be asserted by counterclaim in this civil action.
