NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing on the Ordinance titled “ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING CITY OF BECKLEY TO GRANT AND CONVEY TO BECKLEY SANITARY BOARD AN EASEMENT AND RIGHT OF WAY OVER, ACROSS AND THROUGH CERTAIN REAL ESTATE OF CITY OF
BECKLEY BETWEENS. EISENHOWER DRIVE AND CLARENCE W. MEADOWS MEMORIAL BLVD.”
shall be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at 6:30 pm in City Council Chambers at Beckley City
Hall, 409 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, West Virginia. City Council will vote on the adoption of the Ordinance following the Public Hearing.
The public is invited to attend the public hearing and comment on the proposed Ordinance.
A copy of the proposed Ordinance is available for inspection at City Hall, 409 S. Kanawha Street, Beckley, West Virginia , Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
