Proposals will be received by the West Virginia Parkways Authority for:
Purchase, Installation, and Operation and Maintenance of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations at Four (4) West Virginia Turnpike Sites
Bluestone Travel Plaza – MP 18 Northbound in Mercer County
Beckley Travel Plaza – MP 45 Northbound & Southbound in Raleigh County
Camp Creek Lot – MM 18.5 I-77 in Mercer County
Rest Area – MP 69 in Kanawha County
A RECOMMENDED PRE-PROPOSAL meeting will be held 10/9/2024 at 10:00 am via teleconference. To attend the RECOMMENDED PRE-PROPOSAL meeting, participants may dial this number and enter the participant code: +1 816-702-6618,,987313300#. Attendees must be full time employees of the Contractor.
Proposals will be received via mail until 3:00 PM October 24th, 2024 at the office of the West Virginia Parkways Authority, Administration Building. Operators shall submit three (3) hard copies along with a USB drive containing a PDF version of the proposal in a sealed and labeled envelope to:

All questions and inquiries concerning this RFP must be in writing and submitted electronically to the project engineer of record at the email address below. Acknowledgement of receipt will be provided within one business day and written responses shared with all interested parties. Questions will be received until 10/15/24 by 4pm ET.

All bids submitted by bidders who have been debarred or declared ineligible by the Director of the Purchasing Division shall be rejected.
The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals submitted, and to waive any or all formalities in bidding, as it may deem in its best interest.
