CITY OF MULLENS,
WEST VIRGINIA
NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Mullens, a Municipal Corporation, will hold a hearing for a request by a property holder in Mullens, West Virginia, to close a city alley, currently no being used. At the NOTICED hearing this request will be addressed.
The subject of this request is that the city abandons and close a city alley that adjoins to North River Drive, Mullens West Virginia, in that said alley is not longer being utilized and had been previously closed on its other end or outlet. This notice is specifically addressed to the residents of the City of Mullens that reside along North River Drive, as this may impact an alley that may adjoin your real property.
This hearing shall be held in Council Chambers of the City of Mullens, City Hall, 316 Moran Avenue, Mullens, WV 25882, on October 10th at 6:00 p.m. Interested parties may appear and be heard at such time.
