REQUEST FOR BIDS
The City of Beckley will be accepting bids from qualified firms for the milling and paving of “G” street, from the intersection of South Kanawha Street to the intersection of Cannaday Street.
Complete specifications and bid information may be obtained from the City of Beckley Board of Public Works Department office located at 401 Adair Street, Beckley, or by calling (304) 256-1740, Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.
Sealed bids may be hand delivered to City Hall at 409 South Kanawha Street, or mailed to PO Box 2514, Beckley, WV 25802-2514.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 4:00 pm on October 22, 2024. Bids will be read aloud during the meeting of Common Council at 6:30 pm on that same day.
Any bids that arrive after the specified date and time will not be considered.
The City of Beckley reserves the right to accept or reject all bids or any part of the bid without cause.
