You will take notice that KENNETH WAYNE MICHAEL, JR, the purchaser of the following real estate, Cert No. 2023-C-000014, located in BATH District, JOHNSON MILL RD 6.19 AC which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of KERNS REBECCA S C/O REBECCA PERCY, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of MORGAN County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on June 10, 2024. KENNETH WAYNE MICHAEL, JR requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after March 1, 2025, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
