POSTED NOTICE TO VOTERS
Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 4A, Section 13 of the Code of West Virginia, Notice is hereby given that a test of the Electronic Voting System’s Ballot and Vote Recording Devices will be conducted on Friday, October 18, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. in the basement of the Raleigh County Judicial Center located at 222 Main Street, Beckley, for the purpose of ascertaining the accuracy of the equipment to be used during Early Voting for the General Election on November 5, 2024. Representatives of the political parties, the press and the public are invited to witness the proceedings.
