Notice is hereby given that RAMACO RESOURCES, LLC, 250 W MAIN ST, SUITE 1900, LEXINGTON, KY 40507 has a permit on file with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for the surface mining of approximately 473.82 acres and has submitted an application to the DEP, 1101 George Kostas Drive, Logan, WV, 25601, for renewal of Article 3 Permit Number S500219 to Coal Surface Mine and Auger/Highwall Mine in the 2 Gas, Cedar Grove, Chilton, Dingess Coal, Eagle, Hernshaw, Powellton, Williamson and all associated splits and riders thereof
seam of coal. The operation is discharging into Unnamed Tributaries of/and Clay Branch, unnamed tributaries of/an Big Cub Creek of the Guyandotte River of the Ohio River and is located 0.53 miles, Northwest of Coal Mountain in Clear Fork District of Wyoming County, Longitude 81° 43’ 46” and Latitude 37° 41’ 23” (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
