NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given by the City of Beckley that a Public Hearing will be held in Council Chambers at Beckley City Hall, 409 S. Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV, on November 26, 2024 at 6:30 pm concerning the adoption of an Ordinance titled Ordinance Authorizing City of Beckley To Accept Donation of Real Estate Located In The City Identified As “Sur Lot 1, BLK 20, Beckey Ct Add”, said Ordinance to be considered for adoption by Common Council following the Public Hearing.
The Public is invited to attend the Public Hearing and comment on the Ordinance.
A copy of the Ordinance may be viewed at Beckley City Hall Monday thru Friday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.
